A light to dark green skin covered with yellow flecks. Available from November through February. Best stored in a very cool, dark cellar or in the refrigerator.
The Albemarle Pippin is considered the best cider apple in Virginia and is an excellent option for cooking and baking. Retains its shape well due to its firm texture.
