Refund policy

Refunds are issued in accordance to standard sales applications to which the buyer used for purchase. Shenandoah Valley Orchards offers refunds in the instance that product has been damaged or gone missing in the shipping process. All claims are to be presented within 30 days of the effected purchase. All cases are examined equally.
